Our Management

Brian Moss

Vice President of Sales

Brian has been working with Intelemedia Communications since June 2001. His primary responsibility is to provide Intelemedia with continuous financial growth. Brian has been very successful by developing sound business solutions for his clients through a needs analysis consultative sales process. He specializes in identifying and penetrating new vertical markets and building strong business relationships. Since 2001, Brian has played a critical role in bringing Intelemedia’s offering to the financial services, pharmaceutical and direct response advertising marketplaces. Prior to joining Intelemedia, Brian led successful careers in both the financial services and advertising industries and served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army.

Steve Trifelos

Vice President Customer Care Call Management

As Vice President Customer Care Call Management, Steve’s primary responsibilities include the development of strategic partnerships, marketing and client development associated with our Customer Service Call Management offering. Steve brings a deep understanding regarding the needs associated with the call center outsourcing market, and has a strong track record of success building the right solutions and call center partnerships for clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in such a capacity. Prior to joining Intelemedia, Steve established successful careers in financial services, call center outsourcing and healthcare.

Patty Conte

Director of Customer Operations

Patty Conte, director of customer operations, leads the business teams responsible for delighting our customers each and every day. This function includes understanding our customers’ goals, representing and delivering our services to meet these goals, development and adherence to operational policies and procedures, establishment of reporting and analytic needs and ongoing customer satisfaction. Her team consists of implementation, account management, business analysis, customer service and quality assurance.

Patty has more than 25 years of experience in operational management, including call center customer service, project management, management of onsite strategic account teams and executive management over national implementation teams. Prior to joining Intelemedia, she worked for Moore Corporation, where she developed and ran their national strategic account implementation team, onboarding Fortune 200 national accounts. Patty was also responsible for the development of Moore’s automated strategic account operational management tool utilized to process, manage and track client jobs and requests.

Malcolm Bowman

Director of Customer Applications Development

Malcolm joined the Intelemedia team in 1997 while still studying computer science, software engineering and physics at the University of Texas at Dallas. His love of design and analysis coupled with an unquenchable desire to create flexible and feature rich applications helped him rise quickly through the ranks of the software development organization. In his 15 year tenure, Malcolm has held such titles as senior developer, application architect and manager of application development. He has been a top technical contributor to the company’s flagship products and services. As director of customer applications development, Malcolm is focused on streamlining development processes, architecting the next generation of products and building a world-class team of application developers.

Dennis Dupont

Chief Technology Officer

Dennis Dupont, chief technology officer, oversees planning, management and support of the Intelemedia infrastructure that supports customer applications. Dennis has over 25 years of experience in software engineering, including 20 years in product development in the telecommunications industry at Alcatel, DSC Communications and several startup companies. During his career, he held a number of leadership positions at Intelemedia, including director of research and development.

Dennis’ background includes business development, technical architecture and project management in diverse fields such as VoIP, eCommerce, call centers, SONET transmission, digital loop carriers, switching systems and element management systems. He has developed interactive development processes and successfully applied them in large and small scale projects and is co-inventor on a patent for fault detection and isolation in telecommunications systems. Prior to joining Intelemedia, Dennis worked for Adea Solutions where he created a consulting practice in voice recognition IVR systems serving the call center industry.

Dennis holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tulane University and a Master of Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Richard Wallace

Director of Finance

As director of finance, Rick is responsible for financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, internal control, budget and forecasting, billing and HR functions. He brings over 20 years of financial telephony knowledge and experience. Prior to joining Intelemedia in 2008, Rick spent eight years with Citizens Communication as director of revenue accounting and overseer of the state settlement filings. He also spent seven years with Sage Telecom where he was instrumental in the fast-paced growth of this up and coming telecom company. Rick earned his MBA in corporate finance from the University of Dallas.

Fred Parrish


As chief financial officer, Fred assists the CEO and management team in resource allocation, financial systems oversight, analysis and strategic planning. During the 28 years prior to joining Intelemedia in 2008, he was instrumental in the growth and development of numerous private and publicly traded companies operating in the aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare services, business services, insurance, technology and document management industries. Fred has served on the board of directors of 12 organizations and is a speaker and author on subjects related to profit and cash flow optimization.

David Schreck

President and CEO

As president and chief executive officer, David is responsible for the strategic product roadmap, client relationships and overall business management. He brings a wealth of experience integrating technology, sound business processes and strategic sourcing and is the driving force to the success of Intelemedia’s call center services. David’s approach to “client-centric” teams focused on understanding and meeting customer needs has created a track record of developing high demand products. Prior to joining Intelemedia in 2001, David spent 16 years with Moore Corporation where he established Moore’s industry-leading national strategic print management outsourcing unit. In addition, he led the company’s initial thrust into e-business, successfully introducing electronic forms as a high growth and viable business within the printed form industry.
